Meet Shannon
Psycho-Somatic Traumatology changed everything for me circa 2019 when I witnessed the tangible effects of stress on the brain the way we could see the lesions of a stroke. I stepped away from my business and a lifetime in corporate to learn everything I could on the Mind-Body connection getting my certification in the Neurobiology of Trauma, my MSc in Mind Psychology, Body Psychotherapy, and Certification in Polyvagal Theory. I wrote Complex-PTSD at Work: Highly Functioning, Secretly in Despair and I brought a podcast to life to share all I was learning with my former colleagues.
Today I choose to combine psycho-somatic traumatology and business. Because business growth, career growth, promotions are as much about your mind-body, as it is meeting your KPIs. I support professionals stuck (or free falling through the abyss) and committed to finding their way out of the proverbial dark.
Originally from Canada, I now call Ireland home, where I live with my best friend and partner, Leo and our Bernedoodle, Maggie.

We Are Uniquely The Same
Aligning the Being & Doing parts of us yields more flow, less force with greater impact. Purpose & Legacy is a human condition.
The Sub Conscious Is Required

Science x Wisdom
Neurobiology, Psychology, Precession, Ancient Wisdom and Business Experience, that combined deliver tangible results in session 1
Vocation x Transformation
Vocation is the path where transformation occurs. Co-creation & meaningful action is the way we take our first few steps into our adventure.
